150 Years – and Counting
Our school is preparing to celebrate its 150th Anniversary!
To mark this special occasion, we need your help! We are gathering stories about the school’s history, photos of school events through the years, memorabilia and more.
Do you know an interesting story about our school? Do you have pictures or other memorabilia? Or do you know of another website that has info about our school’s history? We also need volunteers to help organize and run 150th Anniversary events.
Please click here and use the contact form at the bottom at the bottom of the page to share your memories or to volunteer.
Join us as we celebrate 150 Years of service and look to the future of our school and community. And watch our website for announcements about the celebrations.

When I was a pupil at Davisville Public School, we had a principal whose last name was Hooker. Mr. Hooker had a daughter, named Lois, who was an actress. She changed her last name from Hooker to Maxwell. Lois Maxwell, of course, became the legendary “Miss Moneypenny” in the James Bond series of movies.
