There will be a mindfulness workshop with Miss Judy next Thursday, May 24, at 7 p.m. in the school gym. The workshop will include some details on Davisville’s own mindfulness program, as well as some discussion of the research on the effects of mindfulness on stress and anxiety. Also, a reminder that “Understanding Bullying”, with Joanne Kates, will be in our school gym tonight at 7 p.m., and a blanket exercise with Indigenous elder Dr. Robert Phillips will be in our school gym this Thursday at 7 p.m.
