Our Centre will be providing both an AM and PM snack, should your child have any dietary restrictions please be sure to follow up with our office so we can make the necessary accommodations.
Field Trip Policy:
We have several exciting field trips planned! Waivers may be required, and details of each trip will be provided in advance. Please be informed that all children are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time. If they arrive after the scheduled departure, they will not be allowed to join the field trip or remain at the Centre, as no staff or classrooms will be available to accommodate them. Additionally, any children who miss the field trip will not be permitted to return to the Center afterward due to the duration of the field trips.
Safe Arrival Policy:
For the safety of all campers, parents/guardians must notify us of any absences, early pick-ups, or other changes by no later than 9:30 AM by calling, emailing, or using the Lillio app. Since the child’s safety is the highest priority and the designated is not able to reach the parents or guardian to confirm the child’s absence, we would then be required to call the emergency contacts listed in the child's file.
Sunscreen Policy:
Please apply sunscreen to your child before arrival. Staff will remind students to reapply in the afternoon before going outside or after water activities. Sunscreen bottles should be labeled with your child's name and given to staff upon arrival.
Playground Policy:
Our playground is designed for safe and enjoyable play. We would like to remind everyone that the play structure is only for children in Grades 1 - 6. Due to liabilities under Davisville Care Programme Inc. and our Before and After care children (Grades 1-6) having access to this structure, we ask all families to please refrain from using the structure until after 6pm.
Play structure will be closed between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM for all Infant - Kindergarten children.
We kindly ask all families to please help follow these rules as we want to ensure the safety of the older children using the play structure.
